Please read these terms and conditions and return a signed copy to indicate that you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of payment and a signed terms and conditions.
- We require a £50 deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but, in the event that you cancel your holiday, the deposit can be used for a future booking. Please provide the deposit at the time of booking.
- Your holiday should be paid in full, at least six weeks before your arrival date.
- If you cancel your booking more than 6 weeks before your arrival date your deposit will be forfeit, but all other monies paid to us by you will be refunded. If you cancel your booking less than 6 weeks before your arrival date then no monies will be refunded.
- We do not expect to have to make changes to your booking. However if forces outside of our control make it necessary to change or cancel your booking all monies paid to us by you will be refunded. However, no compensation, expenses or costs will be payable by us to you.
- This property is suitable for a maximum of FOUR people. You must not exceed this amount. If you do it will be treated as a cancellation by you, with no refund of monies and no liability accepted by us for the situation.
- Check in is on Saturday after 4pm and check out at 9:30-10 am (unless by prior arrangement).
- Linen and towels will be provided at no extra charge.
- Electricity is included in the rental charge.
- During your stay, you are requested to keep the property clean and tidy, and to leave the property in a similar condition as you found it on arrival. You are responsible for the contents of the property and will be liable for any damaged or missing items.
- Pets are not permitted in the property.
Smoking is not permitted in the property.
