Exterior:
The exterior of the block remains in excellent condition with parking available and well placed for the village centre.
Bedrooms:
Both bedrooms are similar in style with modern beech fur0niture and colourful décor. All beds are in firm condition with co-ordinated linen and curtains. Excellent laminate flooring in both rooms.
Bathroom:
A bright room with excellent laminate floor and hardwearing surite with electric shower. The décor appears fresh. Very good lighting with and overhead spot fitting.
Public Areas:
A large comfortable lounge with dining table. The modern suite is in very good condition while the carpet is in excellent order. Storage heating gives a good provision. A very good range of side lighting.
Kitchen:
A practical and well fitted kitchen with washer/drier and fridge with excellent small appliances. The tiled flooring and colourful décor remain in very good condition.

Housekeeping to an excellent standard on this visit.
